This month we are shining a spotlight on our work with ME Therapeutics, a Vancouver-based biotech discovering and developing next-generation immuno-oncology therapeutics that reprogram immune cells inside the body to recognize and attack cancer.
ME Therapeutics’s pipeline includes in vivo CAR, which builds on the foundational success of standard CAR treatments and advances it further, equipping immune cells with a chimeric antigen receptor within the body rather than in a laboratory. Underpinning the program is a proprietary CD22 nanobody binder currently being evaluated in a Phase 1 study.
The company is also advancing a therapeutic mRNA program, targeting key, scientifically validated pathways, including the STING pathway and cytokine-driven pathways, as well as a lead G-CSF antibody program. Since April 2025, Magnetic has been humbled to assist ME Therapeutics on all aspects of their PR and communications program, including strategy, messaging and tactical delivery.
